Through a service agreement, you receive new product versions - in the form of upgrades, updates and patches - automatically and free of charge.
Our support contracts give your contact persons access to hotline support by phone, fax, e-mail or the Internet. All support issues are handled by our helpdesk. Our product experts have technical expertise and long experience. Problems that cannot be immediately resolved by our support team are reported to the supplier.
